Are you a wellness brand, a 3D software reseller, or an online course?
No. Render With AI is a commercial rendering studio based in Railtown, Vancouver. We produce campaign imagery, product scenes, and spatial frames for brands, agencies, and architecture teams. We do not sell wellness content, licence 3D applications, or run training courses. We also do not market ourselves as a photorealism gimmick — our standard is imagery that looks real in the room at the size and distance your audience will see it, whether that is a phone screen, a trade-show panel, or a transit shelter. Believability under real viewing conditions matters more to us than benchmark scores or novelty effects.
How is AI used in your pipeline?
AI tools accelerate exploration — blocking compositions, testing light directions, and generating material variations quickly. Every frame that leaves Suite 108 still passes human grade review for shadow logic, edge detail, and brand integration. Think of AI as a rapid layout room, not the final authority.
What do you need to provide a quote?
A short description of the scene, intended channels (social, print, OOH, pitch), target approval date, and any reference imagery or brand guidelines. For spatial work, plans or CAD exports help. We respond within one business day with a rough range and clarifying questions.
Who owns the final renders?
Usage rights are defined in your statement of work. Typically clients receive a licence for agreed channels and durations. We retain archive copies for support and licence verification unless otherwise negotiated. Full buyouts are available for some project types.
Can you match our existing photography style?
Often, yes — if you supply reference frames and grading notes. We document light direction, lens characteristics, and colour treatment so extended campaigns stay consistent. Perfect parity with a specific photographer's portfolio may require collaboration with that photographer; we will say so upfront.
Do you work with agencies on pitch timelines?
Yes, when the date is achievable without skipping grade review. Pitch work is common for us — hero frames with typographic safe zones mocked up for client presentations. Rush fees may apply when calendar compression is extreme.
What file formats do you deliver?
Typically high-resolution TIFF or PNG for print, plus web-optimised JPEG or WebP exports per agreed specs. Layered working files are available when scoped. Colour space (sRGB, Adobe RGB) is confirmed in the brief.
Can we visit the studio?
Yes, by appointment. Suite 108 is at 321 Railway Street in Railtown. We recommend transit — parking is limited. Video review is available for remote clients across Canada and the United States.
How do retainers work?
Monthly allocations of frames at standing formats, with agreed turnaround targets and a named production lead. Retainers suit teams with predictable campaign cadence. Unused frames may roll forward by mutual agreement — terms are in the retainer contract.
What privacy laws apply to my enquiry?
