Cookie Policy
Last updated 10 July 2026. This policy explains how Render With AI Inc. uses cookies and similar technologies on renderwithai.life.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your computer or mobile device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites function, remember preferences, and understand how visitors interact with pages. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, and pixel tags. In this policy, we use "cookies" to refer to cookies and comparable browser storage unless we specify otherwise.
Cookies may be "session" cookies that expire when you close your browser, or "persistent" cookies that remain until they expire or you delete them. Cookies set by the website you visit are "first-party" cookies. Cookies set by other domains — for example, analytics providers — are "third-party" cookies.
2. Who is responsible?
Render With AI Inc., located at 321 Railway Street, Suite 108, Vancouver, BC V6A 0B2, is responsible for cookies and similar technologies deployed on renderwithai.life. Questions may be directed to [email protected]. Our broader personal information practices are described in our Privacy Policy, including how cookie-related data may constitute personal information under PIPEDA and BC PIPA.
3. How we use cookies
We group cookies into three categories: essential, analytics, and marketing. Essential cookies are necessary for basic site operation and cannot be disabled through our banner without breaking core functionality. Analytics cookies help us understand aggregate traffic patterns. Marketing cookies would support remarketing or campaign measurement if we enable such tools in the future.
3.1 Essential cookies and storage
Essential technologies include:
- Cookie consent record (local storage): When you click Accept all, Reject all, or Save preferences in our cookie banner, we store your choice in your browser's local storage under the key
rwai_cookie_consent. This remembers your decision so the banner does not reappear on every visit. The record includes whether analytics and marketing categories are enabled and a timestamp. - Server and security logs: Our hosting infrastructure may set short-lived session identifiers or security tokens necessary to deliver pages and protect against abuse. These are strictly operational.
Essential cookies do not require consent under many Canadian interpretations because they are necessary to provide the service you request, but we still describe them here for transparency.
3.2 Analytics cookies (optional)
If you accept analytics cookies, we may deploy privacy-oriented analytics tools to collect aggregated data such as pages viewed, approximate geography derived from IP address, device type, and referral source. We use this information to improve site structure and content — not to build individual advertising profiles. Analytics cookies are disabled by default until you opt in through Accept all or Customise.
3.3 Marketing cookies (optional)
Marketing cookies, if enabled in the future, would measure advertising effectiveness or support remarketing on third-party platforms. We do not currently run active remarketing campaigns on this Site. If that changes, we will update this policy and request consent before activating non-essential marketing tags.
4. Cookie banner and your choices
When you first visit renderwithai.life, a cookie banner appears at the bottom of the screen with three options:
- Accept all: Enables essential, analytics, and marketing categories and stores your consent locally.
- Reject all: Enables essential cookies only; analytics and marketing remain off.
- Customise: Opens a panel where you can toggle analytics and marketing individually before saving.
Your selection is stored in local storage and persists until you clear site data or change preferences. You may reset choices by clearing browser data for renderwithai.life or using browser developer tools to remove the rwai_cookie_consent entry, which will cause the banner to reappear on your next visit.
We do not use dark patterns to force acceptance of optional cookies. Rejecting non-essential cookies does not block access to Site content.
5. Third-party cookies
Some optional services we may use — such as privacy-focused analytics providers or embedded font delivery through Google Fonts — may set or read cookies or similar identifiers. Google Fonts is loaded from Google servers when you visit our Site; Google's practices are governed by its own policies. We select vendors with attention to data minimisation and contractual protections where available.
6. Managing cookies in your browser
Most browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies through settings. Instructions vary by browser and version. Blocking all cookies may impair Site functionality, including remembering your cookie preferences. Consult your browser's help documentation for current steps.
Mobile device operating systems may offer additional advertising or tracking controls independent of browser settings.
7. Do Not Track
Some browsers transmit "Do Not Track" signals. There is no uniform industry standard for responding to such signals. We honour the choices you make through our cookie banner. If a recognised standard emerges in Canada, we will review our practices accordingly.
8. Updates
We may update this Cookie Policy when we change Site technologies or legal requirements. The date at the top indicates the current version. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy for cookie practices, subject to any additional consent required for new optional categories.
